My PaymentBD provides a self-hosted payment automation software designed to help businesses manage financial operations more efficiently. Our Services include:
Invoicing and billing management.
Payment processing.
Built-in API integrations for popular mobile financial services (MFS) and global payment options.
You must provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information to open and maintain your account, including a valid National ID or Birth Certificate information.
My PaymentBD reserves the right to validate your identity and may use third-party assistance to make inquiries about the information you provide. This process may require you to provide further documentation or follow specific procedures to confirm ownership of your email address, phone number, etc.
Failure to comply with any request for further information or documentation shall constitute ineligibility for using My PaymentBD services.
You are strictly prohibited from using the My PaymentBD license and Services for any of the following:
Illegal Activities: Using the license for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.
Prohibited Industries: Specifically, the license must not be used for, or integrated into, betting websites, investment websites, or any other websites deemed illegal in Bangladesh.
Abuse: Abusing the provided license or using it in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.
Consequence of Violation: Users found to be in violation of these restrictions will be immediately terminated from our service and may face legal action. My PaymentBD reserves the right to terminate the license without prior notice.
My PaymentBD offers various service packages, each subject to different fees.
Fee Notification: You will be notified of any fees associated with your chosen package during the sign-up process.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for paying all fees associated with your chosen package, as well as any additional fees or charges that may be incurred during your use of the Services.
The Services, including all original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of My PaymentBD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.
You may not do any of the following:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or included software.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services or software.
My PaymentBD may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, if you breach these Terms (especially Section 4: Restrictions).
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. My PaymentBD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Services or the information, products, or graphics contained therein for any purpose. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My PaymentBD regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements.
